Services

We provide specialized hosting solutions for Discord bots, with primary support for:

• Node.js Bots: Reliable environments to power your Node.js based Discord bots.
• Python Bots: Optimized hosting designed for the performance of your Python Discord bots.

Account Creation and Responsibility

• To access our Services, you must create an account providing accurate and truthful information.
• You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• Maintain strong passwords and protect your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of Services must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Discord's Terms of Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting bots engaging in illegal activity.
• Spamming or unsolicited messages.
• Distribution of copyrighted material without authorization.
• Hosting of malicious software or bots designed to harm.
• Attempts to compromise the security of our systems, or those of any third party.

Resource Usage

Our Services are subject to resource limits (e.g., bandwidth, disk space, CPU usage) designed to ensure fair usage. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts exceeding these limits to prevent disruption to other customers. Options to upgrade your service plan may be available to address excessive resource usage.

Uptime Guarantee

We strive to provide reliable Services with a [XX]% uptime guarantee (excluding scheduled maintenance). In the event of downtime exceeding our guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Payment and Billing

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim liability for damages arising from the use of Services, including but not limited to bot malfunctions, downtime, and security breaches.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid for Services in the preceding twelve (12) months.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services following modifications signifies your acceptance of the changes.
